 note = {本研究の目的は,自由遊び場面における物をめぐる交渉の成否の要因を明らかにすることであった。子どもの物をめぐる交渉場面の事例分析を通して以下の3点が明らかとなった。1相手の行動を予測し交渉ストラテジーを選択すること,2相手との親密度に応じた交渉ストラテジーを選択すること,3交渉を成功させるためには交渉ストラテジーの選択だけ ではなく,対人場面に応じた交渉スキルの習得が必要だということである。今後の課題として,交渉スキルの変容についての継続的な観察の必要性および,その際の大人の支援のあり方について検討することが示唆された。The purpose of this study was to analyze the factor of the result of the negotiation in free play situation.The results were as follows; 1. It was to choose the negotiation strategy on the basis of the other' sbehavior. 2.It was to choose the negotiation strategy on the basis of friendship. 3.It was necessary that result of the negotiation in the free play situation not only have to choose the negotiation strategy but also carry out thenegotiation skill in time.It was suggested that longitudinal observation on the development to negotiation skill and examination on the educational support was important.},
