The subjects of this study were 5 cases at the kindergarten attached to the faculty of education, Oita University. The five cases consisted of one case of 3-year-olds, two cases of 4-year-olds, and two cases of 5-year-olds. The results were as follows: It was found that kindergarten teachers often turned their attention to the sounds and remarks of children[crying], [behaving noisily], [stop it!], etc., and often turned their attention to the voice. Furthermore, the kindergarten teacher asked the child questions and promoted verbalization. It was found that the intention of [connecting one child with another] was not apparent in the background of kindergarten teacher's consciousness at this time. The thoughts, wishes and values that are in the intent of the kindergarten teachers are transmitted from the kindergarten teachers to the children and absorbed by them, so that the children's non-cognitive abilities are nurtured.
