| 内容記述 | 姫島村は1島1村から成る大分県では唯一の村である。その村教委と中学校は生徒の学力向上のために「夏休みふれあい学習会」と名付けた支援事業を5年前から夏期休暇中の1週間連続して行ってきた。それを担当したのは大分大学の学生と筆者であり、島に泊まり込んでの実施であった。この事業に当時生徒として参加し、現在大学生となった者がその良さを実感して自ら支援者(チューター)となって後輩である中学生の学習支援を大分大生と一緒に始めている。ここでは5年間の取り組みを紹介し、新たに始まった循環型人材育成の方法と今後の展望について述べる。Himeshima is one of the isolated islands in Oita Prefecture. For the past five tears, they have been continuously carrying out projects for improving the academic ability of students' for one week in the summer holidays at Himeshima Junior High School, the only Junior High School established by the village. It was the students of Oita University who first supported the project.The students who took part in the programs when they were junior high school students, being now university students, will start to support their new junior high school students in studies as volunteers (tutors)in 2008. In this paper, we introduce the new projects for the last five years and describe the way of training people as a cyclical process and our vision for the future. | |||||||||||
