本研究は,初任期教員に対するライフストーリー・インタビューを手がかりとしながら,教育学における分野融合研究の可能性を明らかにすることを目的として行った。現在,教育学内部においても各専門分野に細分化される「たこつぼ化」(苅谷2007)が指摘されており,専門分野を超えた分野融合研究が待たれている。そこで,本研究では中学校社会科教員の初任期(1年目・2年目)の教職経験に関するライフストーリー・インタビューを分析・考察し,教育学における分野融合研究の可能性を探ることを目的として行った。その結果,「授業実践」,「多忙・多忙感」,「保護者との関係」という三つの視点とそれらと関係する諸要素を抽出することができた。これはレプコ(邦訳2013)による「学際研究プロセスの10のステップ」のステップ2「学際的アプローチの利用を正当化する」こと,及びステップ3「関連する専門分野を特定する」ものとして位置付けることができよう。 |

This study aims to clarify the possibility of an interdisciplinarty research method in pedagogy referring to life-story interviews with a newly adopted teacher. Recently, interdisciplinary research has become increasingly necessary because of the tendency, as has been pointed out, for the field of pedagogy to be split into specialized parts (Kariya 2007). Therefore, we conducted the life-story interviews twice in the first two years about her teaching experience with a newly adopted teacher who teaches social studies in junior high school, and analyzed her life story referring to the "10 STEPS in the interdisciplinary research process" advocated by Repko(2013). As a result, three viewpoints emerged focusing on the related elemennts: "teaching practice" , "a hectic life and a feeling of being too busy" and "the relationship with the parents". We will continue to conductinterviews with the teacher, and consider how insights concerning these three viewpoints, that have been discussed separately in each area, mayinteract beyond each field. |
